All credit card transactions are between JS Products and the customer. For questions about your credit card transactions please contact us at 1-888-3KOBALT and select the personalization option. Our customer service agents are available from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Please provide us up to 24 business hours to answer to your request. All credit card transaction performed on the website will be identified in your credit card statement as a transaction from KobaltTools.com.
JS Products and/or Lowe’s and its affiliates and subsidiaries reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse service and to terminate accounts if Lowe’s believes in its sole discretion that customer conduct violates applicable law or the Terms, or is harmful to the interests of Lowe’s, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates, or for any other reason.
JS Products and/or Lowe’s and its affiliates and subsidiaries reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per account, per household and per order as determined in their sole discretion. These restrictions may be applied to the same account, same credit card and / or the same billing and / or shipping address.
Receiving an order acknowledgement via email does not guarantee the acceptance of an order.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept Lowe’s credit cards (including Lowe’s Consumer Credit Card, Lowe’s Visa Rewards or Lowe’s Project Card) or Lowe’s gift cards.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) will be sent pursuant our shipping contract and may include a variety of shipping methods. All orders will receive a tracking number within three (3) business days. Once you have received shipping confirmation, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited orders will be received in 2-3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of the items sold on this Site, no returns will be permitted. However, should the customization on your order contain an error caused by our mistake, such that the order differs from the instructions you provided to us, it may be exchanged for a corrected order after evaluation by our customer care department. The exchange must take place within 30 days of the purchase order date. To contact us regarding an exchange, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-3kobalt and select the personalization option. Please allow 2 business days from the date our return is received at our location to allow our customer service department to process your exchange. Once we have shipped your corrected order, you will receive an email with a tracking number at the same email address provided with respect to the original order. You will not incur a shipping charge for the first exchange on an order. However, additional exchanges on the same order may be subject to additional shipping charges. If for some reason your return item is not available we will contact you via telephone or email address provided on your order.
Out of Stock and Backorders
The Site only lists items that are in-stock. However, inventory discrepancies can arise. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information on the Site at any time without prior notice. If we are unable to ship your item, we will cancel the order and notify you within 3 business days of the date you placed the order. If your shipping confirmation will be delayed beyond 5 business days, we will contact you within that time period to find out if you would like to cancel your order.
With respect to the products sold on the Site, our express warranties are limited to those specified for each product. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a general or particular purpose.
